Pull the plugs and put some of the most expensive rust penetrant down each cylinder, the more the better. Then jack one rear wheel up and proceed to rocking the wheel in high gear, better wear some gloves because you will get blisters that you will never forget. If it is really stuck you can pull the tractor in high gear on some gravel and see if the engine frees. Good Luck Tom Miller
