I think you need to know what angle the short angled board is at and then divide the remaining angle by two and there is your cut. For example your corner is a 90 degree angle, if the board were at a 45 degree angle you would subtract 45 from 90 and end up with 45. Divide that by 2 and your cuts would be 22.5. It gets more complex if your short board is at a odd angle to both sides. Such as 35 degrees from one side and 20 degrees from the other.
