If your fan is blowing air through there out of the airoutlets into the cab at a normal full rate that should tell you that the system is not froen up with isce on the condenser right by the fan. It should mean thatit has lost most of its coolant and needs some added to see if that will help. You say the compressor is enhahing so that means the low pressure cutout is not being activated yet so if you put some R 134 in it you should see some improvement . It is important to have a good airflow tho but if you add a couple cans of R134 and it does not cool it means you need a tech with the machine to diagnose the problem for your to find the right fix. If you have not added any refridgerant in a few months , that could be the problem. You might have a slow leak like a tire does some time. Devious
