Close call trailering! - Lesson Learned

Was trailering my JD 40U to tomorrow's parade site this afternoon, when a guy turned in front of me. I'm guessing I hit him at 25 mph, and I'll need to replace the bumper, grill, hood, fender, and all the glass and plastic on my 98 F150. Air bags did not deploy. The tractor broke the 3/8" log chain holding it back, and moved about 3' forward until the front tires hit the trailer frame. If I had been going 40 mph, the tractor would have been in the bed of my truck. If I had been going 60 mph, I wouldn't be writing this. From now on, I will have HEAVY DUTY restraints to keep the tractor from moving forward. Any suggestions other than larger
