I have rebuilt my 656 Farmall and I can not seem to get the throttle set to the correct RPM. When I adjust the throttle linkage from the carb to the governor for high idle it will only throttle down to 1100 rpm not the 450 that it is supposed to. If I adjust it for the low idle I can not get enough RPM for PTO speed. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
