You know what? He might be right. He's also not too bright... It displays a lack of judgement and professionalism in an officer of his rank to publically criticise his boss. It also shows a lack of judgement when he puts his carreer on the line like that. He's now placed BO in a position where he either has to can him or tolerate his insubordination....
