Unfortunately the general said things to the wrong people. If he had approached this differently and addressed the issues up front with his superiors,..it may or may not have turned out differently. But at least he would have told the upper class what he thought of their ideas to their faces. Just wondering,..how many officers have resigned or retired since 9-11 before they reached their actual full retirement date? I hear we've lost alot of good military people both enlisted and officers because of political difference of opinions as to how this "War" is being run. Just my 2 cents worth.
