HOWEVER, if you have a "suspended license" for infractions occured while driving ANY motor vehicle, or were previously caught in a motor vehicle (excluding a tractor) with no license, you cannot drive ANY motor vehicle down the road, including tractors.
Confusing for sure, but makes sense in a way. Too many instances of drunks being caught drinking and driving in their car or truck one week, having their license taken away, and the next week being caught weaving drunk all over the road in their tractors.
Around home here, (Tennessee), there have been people that got DUI's and/or cited for Driving on a Revoked/Suspended for driving their lawn mowers!
