Old Bay is a blend of seasonings and salt which I first ran into when I lived in Maryland. Very good on lots of stuff, especially crabs, chicken and fried potatoes. When we lived in Minnesota, we couldn't find it at all, but here in southern MO there is a store which carries 6 oz tins of it. It is made by McCormick & Co and the website on the can is www.old-bay.com. The ingredients listed are:
celery salt, spices (including mustard, red pepper, black pepper, bay (laurel) leaves, cloves, allspice(pimento), ginger, mace, cardamom, cinnamon) and paprika.
Just have to look around for it, but it really does taste good.
