KD; Just got off my A and Woods belly mount mower. They work great! I still use the hand lift (2 levers to lift} to raise and lower the deck. All belt drive and have not had to replace a belt in many yrs. Also cuts grt and doesn't leave "clumps" of grass, like our JD650 does. The trick is to run the deck lower in front than in back.
