Well, my banker didn't like my "story" that I'd try harder farming next year...
Now I have a "cushy" office job and don't have any employees to worry over...
Labor costs were a significant part of that my overal profit/loss...
Point being - businesses have to get enough return out of every employees paycheck to be profitable or they WILL looking for cheaper labor - whether its China, India, South Africa or whereever...
