Seems like I saw an ad for a cement garage floor smoothing product that's applied with a regular floor squeegie but I can't remember what the stuff was. Anyone heard of or used this stuff? Is it any good? Is it too good to be true? When I saw the add a red flag went up in my mind. I searched the archives and from what I read I get the idea there is no easy way to dependably fill the divots caused by road salt.
The floor in our two car attached garage is 43 years old and is still very sound but the surface is showing more pitting all the time from the increased use of road salt. A good epoxy paint will be the finish coat but I want it smooth before I paint.
I do have a 4000 psi 4 GPM hot water pressure washer with rotary nozzle to clean it and blast away anything that's loose so I have that part handled. Jim
