The glow plugs are vital to getting the ZB600 to crank. Operate them about 15 seconds and then try to crank. It should puff some white smoke if it is getting fuel. No white smoke-no fuel. If you leave the glow plugs glowing too long they will burn out. You can check them with a test light or ohm meter. There should be resistance, not sure how much. there should also be a device in line with the glow plugs to keep them from burning out. It looks like a little coil and it will glow red when you activate the glow plugs.
