Check out PowerMaxx kits. I ordered mine through Walt's Tractor parts online and they treated me very well. The only reason I ended up choosing them initially was because they were the only place to offer the high compression kits for the AC 301 diesels at a reasonable price. Looking back, I am very happy with the kit. All of the parts in my kit were made in America (Clevite bearings, Hastings rings if I remember correctly, their own sleeves and pistons made in, I believe, in Iowa, and a gasket set they had put together). It's been a little over a year since I bought it, but I have talked to another AC guy that I found out later on was a dealer for PowerMaxx and he said those were the kits he used in customers' tractors unless they wanted a budget rebuild (then used TISCO parts).
