Watch them like a hawk, wait for the 3rd offer at least when negociating, and I've had ok results with ok preformance with ok quality. Stuff wouldn't get painted otherwise.
Been very rare to everget a nail pounded in tho he says they will do minor repairs.
If you watch & mention, the door frames get painted as the doors get opened.
