We had a pretty good day Saturday! There were about 100 tractors there and close to 40 garden tractors. They had a poker run around the grounds, winner got close to $150 and donated it back to the club. We ran about 1/2 of a load of bundles thru the threshing machine and baled the straw with the Ann-Arbor Hay Press. The old girl ran like a sewing machine. We did break 1 block, part of the learning curve I guess. We learned that the chamber needs to clean out before dropping the block in. I'll make another this morning so we have 5 to use again. Lots of people watching, really made a good demonstration. I took the neighbors kid along and told him to take some pictures of the press working, and all I got were pictures of the threshing. I'll try to get someone to take some pictures today. Chris
