Been a landpride dealer for years and have traded for several Bush Hog brand finish mowers.. Chance are why you got the Bush Hog brand rather than the Land Pride is tht the dealer snnokered you out of about $ 225.00 bucks.. Bush hog finish mower is cheaper dealer cost.. but that,s what you get when you are inexperienced, dealers can tell..As for the paint on the tractor most fade rather fast. They don,t use the best paint. We usually duck tape the keeper pins for city slickers like you so you don,t loose wheels. Pretty common thing. Happens when you mow up under bushes.
