We got ours several months ago and I have to agree with most of you. For the first couple weeks, I slept like a baby now I sleep okay, but I can say that when I do wake up my neck and back don't hurt. To me that means alot. We got a 'close out' model, which is still brand new for a heck of alot cheaper and the only difference is the stitching and the pump is possibly refurbished which they say is sometimes better. My husband will only sleep on really hard beds and I need really soft, this was our only way out.
