Well alot of American Farmers are producing food that many consumers don't want Genetically Modified grain, Hormones in beef and milk.Farmers can argue all day about these things being safe,don't hurt anything YADA YADA but they still loose the argument if consumers don't want them.Farmers have forgotten the Golden Rule of marketing 'the customer is always right'. Suits me though the market for grass fed beef and organic vegetables us about unlimited and prices are well above those mainstream Ag receives for their products.

While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics. I find the whole process sheer mystery. I have picked up and attempted to read every auto and farm electrics book with no improvement in the situation. They all seem to start with a chapter entitled "Theory of Electricity".
