I'm diagnosing a TO30 3pt that won't lift. The working hyd. press. is 5psi when the lever is raised, then guickly falls to 0psi. I opened the Rt. side cover and inspected the cont. valve operation...it moves in & out freely with lever movement and by hand. No other visiable signs of concern. With pump running, moving the cont. lever up = control valve in, The cont. valve gets kicked out, this action corasponds with the 5psi rise then fall to 0psi. When trying to pry the control lever in, it will not go...there is pressure behind it. The pressure relief valve is not leaking. Any explaination and/or advise will be very appreciated. Thanks, Matt
