I grew up in a 1896 two story home without AC. I ran tractors without cabs with heat pouring back from the radiator fan and up from the transmission and differential.
I worked as a letter carrier for the postal system for about 15 years so worked out in all sorts of weather.
Unlike you I can't handle cold, but with a fan blowing on me and drinking about 1½-2 gallons of liquids each day I get by okay.
Like I said, I'll probably rewire and use AC next year as my age is showing less tolerance to many things.
The attic fan pulled in enough cool air overnight to cool interior and all contents, which act as a heat sink, down to 81º before I turned it off and closed windows this morning.
I really do look forward to the 80º+ forecast of the next few days. It will nice to get back to normal temperatures even if temporary.
