It should be calcium cloride, which is just a fancy salt solution. It'll kill grass if you dump it out, but is not condered a toxic material. It is also used at race tracks on the dirt tracks to keep the track moist & dust free - holds water.
So, just dump it on a gravel road as mentioned.
But, you might have some that used old antifreeze, windshield washer fluid, or other unknown stuff. I don't know what you'd do with that junk, it's a problem, toxic stuff.
Beet Juice - known as Rim Guard - is good stuff too, non-toxic, fairly new idea tho & expensive, so I bet you don't run into it in an unknown old tractor....
