Sheriff delivered papers where I've been sued. Motorcycle & car wrecked Oct 2008 at intersection of State road & Township road. My farm is one quadrant near the 4-way intersection. Suit says my vegitation led to the wreck. Cattle had my property grazed down plus I mow to the fencerow & under the fence. The fence is on the property line. There is a state owned right-of-way between my border (fence) and the road. Likewise, between fence & township road such a right-of-way. The irony- I'm sued for vegetation which at most was six inches high!
