I wish I knew what to say. Could you find/develop some part time efforts at your own pace/timing? All I know for sure is I am the same age, and thank God almost daily that I have been self employed for over 25 years. I don't know how with my physical challenges, as small as they may be, I could put in regular hours, every day. I stood on a concrete shop floor for years. I can't do it steady now. Best of luck.
