I have an Actron Scan Tool. I was recently working on a friends Ford F-150 which is OBD 1. The tool said it was always staying in open loop. I put in a new 195 thermostat and a new heated oxygen sensor with no change. He took it to Ford and their tool said it was ok. My scanner has always read oxygen sensor fluctuations on other vehicles. Does anyone have any ideas?
