Hi 37 Chief: I would go with a lien ASAP and... add extra cost for time to file plus cost to file etc.. The bank wants a clean title/ownership to resell. If it was 2 months ago you may be running short of time to file? This should be the most trustworthy way to get paid since it does not sound like either he or she has money and you know the Bank has $$$.. good luck.
