Things have definitely changed over the years. Do you ever sit and wonder what it will be like in another "100" years??? Scary thought! I laugh at my children, on the inside, sometimes... When we talk about when we were kids there age. Having to get up and walk to the tv to change a channel(only 4 to choose from) or turn the volume up or down. A party line (as one mentioned already), my oldest daughter would be beside herself not knowing what to do if someone else was on there!!! Life without a microwave-"how did you eat dad" I laugh! Could go on and on... I may not be a farmer but I do have a few acres and love to get my super c out and drive around, reminds me of a simpler time in life for me. And my kids enjoy it too... SHON
