Listen to JDseller on this one. Thoese V-8 MF row crop tractors were notorious for rear end trouble. My dad worked on them at a MF dealer for years. He absolutley hated them. From the 1150 to the 2000 series Massey kept putting 6 cylinder trannys with V8 engines. Pull a heavy load and let the wheels slip at all and your going to have a major repair bill. I generally like MF tractors but I wouldn't touch one of these old girls with a ten foot pole.
