I"m on my second Polaris 6x6 big boss. Had the first one for 10 years and didn"t do anything to it other than mormal maintenance. Sold it to the neighbor and had to put a new carb on it for $300.
Bought a 2009 model and it is a lot better than the old one. It has independent suspension (which makes it more stable on sidehills) and more HP. I like the Big Boss because it is a little narrower then the Ranger and I can jump off it a lot easier then the Ranger. Yes, I did have all six wheel up in the air one time with the 1997 model.
