'95 is all electronic injection pump control.
Outside of all the problems that may exist you need to start by taking it to a dealership or IP shop that can set the crank offset, etc. and read the trouble codes (if any).
This is probably as far as you can get from a vehicle a shade-tree mechanic/cobbler can get running.
