I got into this problem awhile back. If I understand you correctly, you may be trying to down load a PDF file and the whole thing was sent at one time. This may take some time to complete.
It took over an hour to send before it left my mail box. when it got there, The reciever tried to down load and he ask me to resend in segments.
I tried to send about 1000 pages on info of all B $ S engines
I had to resend in segments as not to tie up down load time.
