It will have a cast cylinder sleeve.it may also have a steel piston crown as steel has higher melting point than aluminum. The piston skirt could be made from aluminum or cast iron. I have not seen one apart . A detroit has a two piece steel or cast and steel piston. an aluminum cylinder sleeve would not be able to take the pressure or pounding of truck engine.Paul
