Small scale but, we took my daughter to a walk in clinic for minor issue run by the same outfit as my regular doctor. I pay $20 copay for office visits and have gone to this clinic several times. We got a bill for $65? I called them. They said they are an "urgent care" facility and I/she got "urgent care" not an office visit. I said I have been there many times and only paid $20. Doesn't matter. So I get another bill for $65 and what does itsay? "Office Visit"!! My dad has said to me for 40 or so years..."no matter how bad the economy gets they are always building two things. Banks and Insurance buildings! And he hasn't been wrong yet.
