A set of tracks will run 1000-1500 hours. All the other under carraige parts will last about 2-3000 hours. Should at very least change drive sprockets when changing tracks. Tracks from Bobcat for a T190 will run $3600 for the pair. Aftermarket tracks will run about 1200-1800 depending on the dealer and quality.
The track machine is great around the farm, I have used a T190 and a T250 around here a lot and they are much more stable than the wheel machine. Lifting capacity is much greater also, a T190 will easily outlift a S205 by several hundred pounds.
I have used them pushing snow, and they even do that great, but you do need to learn how to run one in the snow, it is a learning curve.
If the T190 is priced right, according to undercarraige condition, I would say you would love it.
