What do you mean tried? Sounded very good to me. Reminded me of my Grand Father deep in the hills of central Kentucky when I would come to visit on the train back right after the second world war. After supper he would turn on the battery operated radio for a while and then after about a 1/2 hour of radio he would get his Banjo out and play until bed time. I have attached a picture of my Grand Parents taken about 1910 right after they were married. His Banjo went every where with him. He passed on in 1951.
