Minimum spacing for outlets--don't have enough install more. Peeling interior paint which should be no ones business---sorry, paint. Furnace that won't maintain 66º in ALL habitable rooms, fix or replace. And the list goes on. Already an ordinance that allows the fire department to enter your HOME to see if there are working smoke detectors.
My 1920s home will need to have a LOT of wiring work to comply as most are only two prong outlets. No GFCI in kitchen or bathroom. I really, really should DUMP this place now while I still can.
