Probably the crank sensor. Since it had an oil leak in the front of the engine,the sensor may be dirty or oil soaked.You may luck out by taking it off, cleaning it up, and reinstall it with a .040 gap between it and the balancer.( a thick business card will do the trick also) The crank sensor has to work to let the ECM "know" the engine is running,or the tack won't work,the alternator won't charge, and if its an auto it won't go into overdrive or lockup.Make sure the connector is clean also.If it is bad get one from cummins,alot less expensive than Dodge, and alot more reliable than the aftermarket ones.
