I may catch a bunch of Boos for saying this, Diesel fumes give me an instant headache. 3 years ago I wanted to buy a sub-compact loader/backhoe that was gas powered. I had to settle for a Terramite, T5C. At the time, I would have loved to have purchased a brand name from a local dealer. Everything I found were 3 cylinder diesel. I'm not sure, but I don't think they were made in America like the T5C.
Perhaps something good may come from the Tier IV emission specs and we may start using engines made in America.
