I would go get Malwarebite and run their free scan and clean up. My wife got hit with System tool 2.20 and they clean it right up. The link below is where I got the program. It is probably one of the best for these kind of things.
McAfee didn't have a clue and could not detect the virus. I went to get support and they wanted 90 bucks to try and fix it.
