Probably clutser flies. They live in the insulation in your house. They eat organic matter (think deasd asian lady beetles). I have some customers that deal with them and have them in my own house as well. Best bet uis a fly swatter or a can of fly spray from the ag store. Not a lot can be permenantly done with them
