Since you have done all of the above, you did not mentioned the antifreeze. If it is rusty brown, it needs flushing, but if it was mind, I would check the timing and make sure it is not timed too fast. You might try retarding the timing a couple of degrees and see if that helps. HTH Happy Holidays
