At 60 I have same problem , also carry flex tip led pen lite , combine that with needed by-focals and makes it real PITH to work on anything anymore. That's why we have to retire , it takes us 8 hrs to do 4hrs worth of work so we have no time for outside employment anymore and still get stuff done at home. Anymore I paint by memory and have my wife "double check" everything. Just have to accept your limitations and don't endanger anyone or anything trying to do what you did when 25. On the "plus" side , people don't really expect as much from you as they used to and it's kind of nice to watch the " young'ins" pitch in and do some of them jobs you hated anyway. From 60 - 80 one better start enjoying the fruits of ones labor because that will be a "short" 20 yrs. Yea it's hard when you're a perfectionist to stand by and let someone else take over. Who knows , maybe they are even more of a perfectionist than you ever thought! Let it go! You are supposed to have "hobbies" by now , where your "age restrictions" will have fewer or less dangerous consequences.Real men know when to stand back!
