I'll try not to preach a sermon, but here's my take on it. When I die, if I find out there is no God and all my beliefs in Him and my church activities were of no eternal value, I will not have missed out on much. I lived a good life here on earth and now it's done. End of story When you die, and you find out there really is a God, and your opportunity to make things right with him while on earth has passed, you then face an eternity away from God in a place of eternal damnation. Bottom line, I don't stand to lose much by believing, but you stand to lose everything by not. Take it for what it's worth to you.
