Very nice. Very ready. About a decade ago I lived in Romeoville, IL. and thats what they used back then. Had like 3 of them for the town. Worked very, very well. Seems like your neighbor is setup very well. I pull a backblade which isn't even half as efficient as your neighbors setup. I keep telling myself to put the blade up front one of these years so have clean surface to grip for push instead of pulling through snow, but year after year I never do. Your neighbor is very smart. A lot smarter and a whole lot further ahead in the game than me. And he has cabs too.
