Most of the old boars are made into pepperoni, Italian sausage or spicy sausage for the pizza industry. The spices and flavors can hide the smell of the boar meat. As a kid when we penned the boars up their pen stunk so bad of that boar odor. Maybe you could grind it all up and mix in some flavors to mask the odor. Goodluck.
