You took all the needed info in and they got it wrong. So they should send a call tag and get the wrong one picked up and send the right one out with no extra shipping charges. Tell the manager that is what you want done !
I have been on both sides of the counters and know what it's like. Parts guys don't get paid well at all ! I use jdparts.com all the time to prelook up my parts myself too. Other places have this feature too.
