Our local Massey dealer is going down the crapper in a hurry too. The guy in parts is still good as he's been there a while and knows my name. The guy they put in charge of the service department was a year ahead of me in high school and won't call my dad back when he calls to get our 285 in for some work.
Now instead of going to the dealer that's 1/2 mile out of my way between the farm and home, we're gonna go to our Oliver and now Massey dealership 30 miles away in the other direction when we need service. probably still get parts if we don't have to get Oliver parts from the other dealer though.
