Yes they do work. But to the lay man with a stock truck will not see much or any HP gains . As others said it will make a difference in sound and mileage. Now go to any of these hot rod pickups running 400 HP or more they have one of these or equivelent on every one. I will be looking for one to put on my BIG truck. I'm looking for the allmighty mpg. PRETTY SAD WHEN YOU GET ALL EXCITED ABOUT 1/10 OF A MPG.
