Our farm butts up next to the Shawnee National forest. A one lane access road goes through the middle of the farm. People get stuck often on the forestry property and they end up here wanting me to pull them out. The forestry people have warned me that they'll ticket me for pulling someone with my tractor (no license plates). They say it's OK to pull with my truck as long as it's licensed, no matter how big a mess we make. I still pull folks with the tractor 'cause it'll outpull the truck, but I've been warned and expect a ticket if I get caught.
