A notice to any that sell and use Pay pal to collect. If there is a problem like Harlan"s they will take the money out of the account you give them access to for payment. Pay Pal also will pass that information along to the credit card company that paid them. So you can have money taken out of the account by a third party (credit card company) that you have never done business with.
When I sell on E-bay I have Pay Pal pay me to an account that I only use for this type of thing. It never has much money in it. I have my pay Pal account set up so I get a text when I am paid. I then have the wife transfer the money out of that account and into a different account at my bank that does not have electronic access to it. It costs me the five dollars a month for the extra account but I know that they are not going to get money out of my account with out my knowledge.
